Innovating Forever.
Enterprise products need innovation, and management also needs to be changed in response to the trend of the times. The mamagers must pay attention to the natural environment, reduce waste. Management should be based on benevolence, and implement the spirit of PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act), and naturally achieve the goal of sustainable management.
Managing a business is all about teamwork.
In addition to doing our own work, everyone should pay attention to the people and affairs of the surrounding departments and solve problems collaboratively.
Any job or order should be planned in advance to reduce rework problems and waste.
All departments should pay attention on quality standards from the system during production, and must respond immediately if there are in trouble.
Time management is very important. Each process should pay attention to the production time, and do a good job of classification and management to ensure the on-time delivery of each section.
Positive feedback from customers should be used as the driving force for work progress.
